Follow our simple 5 step onboarding process by scanning a QR code. Our engineering team handles all of the technical details, so it doesn't consume your IT resources to set up AeroTrak instruments.

Samples can be initiated remotely through our web-based UI. This is also where sample results and audit logs are stored, and can be queried and downloaded as a CSV, Excel, JSON, or PDF.

Firmware updates are managed automatically through our secure cloud platform. Our engineering will check new release notes to see if functionality will be affected in any way. In the instance that it does affect the connector, we will make the necessary updates so functionality is not impacted once the firmware version is in production.

Our connectors paired with our hardware gateway solution, the Edge Puck, enables battery powered mobile connectivity through facilities while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
