Enable compliant hands-free dataflow from the Lighthouse Solair 1100LD, 3100, 3350, 5100, or Boulder Counter to your existing LIMS, ELN, MES, or QMS. Eliminate manual data collection, reduce cleanroom entries, and streamline QA by unlocking review by exception workflows.
Rather than replacing your legacy instruments because of networking limitations or inadequate integration with modern digital systems, Phizzle's Lighthouse Solair Series Connector allows regulated manufacturers to modernize data collection practices with older existing instruments. This solution can either be the solution to analog data practices, or it can be the first step towards realizing Industry 4.0 Standards with the Phizzle Connector Plus.
Many regulated manufacturing facilities and R&D labs have 100s, if not 1000s of instruments, and often they are not standardized for one manufacturer per device class. This opens the door to error when operators have to follow different SOPs for each device to initiate samples and collect data.
With Phizzle's air particle counter connectors, operators can initiate samples from multi-vendor devices all from one view, eliminating:
Maintain comprehensive operational oversight and traceability by automatically capturing detailed instrument status updates, operator actions, and system events including:
Streamline review workflows by enabling operators to review, comment on, and electronically sign sample results in real-time in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11. Every action is time stamped and traceable, giving your QA teams full confidence in data integrity and compliance. Enabling QA to:

Follow our simple 5 step onboarding process by scanning a QR code. Our engineering team handles all of the technical details, so it doesn't consume your IT resources to set up (Insert Instruments) instruments.
Samples can be initiated remotely through our web-based UI. This is also where sample results and audit logs are stored, and can be queried and downloaded as a CSV, Excel, JSON, or PDF.
Firmware updates are managed automatically through our secure cloud platform. Our engineering will check new release notes to see if functionality will be affected in any way. In the instance that it does affect the connector, we will make the necessary updates so functionality is not impacted once the firmware version is in production.
Our connectors paired with our hardware gateway solution, the Edge Puck, enables battery powered mobile connectivity through facilities while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
