Phizzle's EDGMaker platform now offers the ability to digitize particle counters, pH meters, and balances. These scientific lab instruments play an FDA-required role in the drug manufacturing process and digitizing them is a major step toward automated drug production.
While particle counters reliably and consistently track particulate matter in the air, pH meters count the concentration of chemical compounds and balances determine product ratios. Most drug production sites have dozens if not hundreds of these instruments that were previously manually operated, leading to human error and disparate data sources.
