Uphold Chain of Custody by automatically collecting contextualized data for each record including: a sample ID, operator involved, time generated, location of the file and crc. The connector also enables operators to add notes to that file.

Simply plug in the Phizzle Edge Puck via USB to the instrument and export data as if it were a regular flash drive. The exported data is automatically and securely transferred to our backend where it is available for digital signature and secure archival. Note that each step of the data transfer is logged in an audit database.
Our engineering team monitors firmware updates, but due to the simplicity of the data connector as long as the firmware doesn't eliminate the ability to export to USB or share to a file server there will be absolutely no change to the data connector's functionality.
